Comprehensive win (Sunday)

It goes to show that no matter what skills you possess and how you play, it will not count if luck is not on your side. Yesterday’s game was a prime example of that. The home team made up of mostly defensive minded players with only Afif leading the attack won the game comprehensively by a mile. The home team was leading 2-1 courtesy of Afif and Unc.Metali. Ben came in for the home side to strengthen the home side’s defence and proved to be the tonic they craved for. Ben who was deployed majorly on the right side in the last few games proved to give the extra dimension for the home team. Carving out chances after chances for Afif. Ben also got into the act scoring a hat trick. Kazi joined the home team and sure up the attack and also managed to get a hat trick for himself.

But the main talking point must be Afif who scored a whooping 7 goals. His run and quick feet was a constant manace for the away team. The away team only managed to get 4 goals courtesy of 2 goals from Reza and 1 each for Azmi and Izuddin.

MOTM: Afif for his persistent run on the left flank.
