The home team chalked up a victory today by 5 goals to 4. Against the run of play, the away team should have won the game easily. It was written all over the game when the home team were already 2 goals down thanks to some nifty work from Reza who created chances for Kazi to score the 2 goals.

Against the run of play, the home team pulled one back thanks to a long range effort from Izuddin. The away team hit 1 back again through Kazi but the home team was not about to let the game go away with Ben getting into the act after pressuring Unc.Metali and slotted the goal after a strong run from the middle of the park. The home team levelled the score after Khalik’s effort from goal went straight in for the 3rd for the home team. Confidence was slowly growing for the home team. Jimbo who played mostly on the left flank played one of his brilliant game today with his defense splitting passes and created numerous chances for the home team. He was a constant threat whole through out the game. Ben slotted the 4th for the home team after poking the ball pass Kazi and the goal was identical to his first.

Kazi once again levelled the score with his fourth of the game. As the away team pummeled the home team’s rearguard and all of their players searching for the winning goal, Ben came up with the last say of the game when his shot from deep inside his half went in for the winning goal.

MOTM: Jimbo for his tireless run and exquisite passes from midfield.
